Call for Entries
We are now accepting submissions for the 23rd Annual Global Visions Film Festival, which runs from November 3-7, 2004 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. GVFF presents documentary films and videos which act as catalysts for reflection, discussion, and inspiration.
Deadline for submissions is July 31, 2004. Submissions should be on VHS or Region 1 DVD, in NTSC format; in English, or with English subtitles. There is a $25 submission fee. Shipping costs for submissions must be paid by the applicant.
Submissions will be viewed by the GVFF programmer and/or programming committee. Applicants will be notified by mid-September if their work has been selected. GVFF will send detailed shipping instructions to the print suppliers of selected works. For exhibition purposes, GVFF will require a 35mm or 16mm print of selected films, or a BetaSP or Region 1 DVD (in NTSC format) of selected videos.
