Artwalk 2007 - Local Vision Loco Talent
Curated by Roger Garcia and Pedro Rodriguez, Local Vision Loco Talent art show brings together the idea that global vision starts here. The installations will be at the entrance to all our venues.
The relationship between visual art and film production has a long history. Paintings, photography ,drawings and sculpture have been part of many different film and documentary productions. The attempt of the show is to explore and display the varied expressions of visual art and broaden the scope of the experience.
Another element of the show will showcase editorial Illustrations by cartoonists and illustrators who are always voicing their thoughts in local and not so local publications . Sometimes straight forward other times just fun.
Local Vision Loco Talent is FREE and open to the public throughout the whole 4 day Global Visions Film Festival. Come on out and catch some art before a movie.Artists include :
