Brian Loewen - Secretary

BRIAN LOEWEN is a lawyer with the City of Edmonton Law Branch in Edmonton, Alberta. Mr. Loewen graduated from University of Alberta in Edmonton in 1994 with a Bachelor of Education. He was a teacher in Grande Prairie until 1999. He graduated from the University of Alberta in Edmonton in 2002 with a Bachelor of Laws. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2003. Mr. Loewen has been providing legal advice to Edmonton City Council and to the various bylaw enforcement sections within the City administration since 2004.
