Global Visions is proud to announce the return of our community-drive Global Marketplace at the 2010 Festival. As a central component of the festival, the Marketplace aims to educate, inspire and empower patrons through its inclusion of informative exhibits and local musical performances.

The Alberta Public Interest Research Group (APIRG) is a student-run, student-funded, non-profit organization dedicated to research, education, advocacy, and action in the public interest. APIRG exists to provide students with resources to be active citizens.

CAUSE Canada

CAUSE Canada is an international relief and development agency working in West Africa and Central America. CAUSE strives to empower communities and individuals in disadvantaged regions to overcome poverty and improve their quality of life.

Edmonton Anarchist Bookfair

The Edmonton Anarchist Bookfair is an annual three day festival that includes workshops on a wide variety of topics and vendors from across North America.  The focus of our event is the political philosophy of anarchism.

One Child's Village

One Child's Village is a not-for-profit society of volunteers whose emphasis is placed on supporting orphans affected by or infected with HIV/AIDS.

Sombrilla Refugee Support Society

Sombrilla is a registered charity in Alberta doing development projects in partnership with communities in Latin America. At present we have projects in Peru and Guatemala.

True Vision Ghana

True Vision Ghana is a non-profit organization that works to promote the rights of children affected by HIV/AIDS. We hope to promote prevention through youth empowerment and education.
