Global Visions is pleased and proud to once again partner with the Film and Video Arts Society – Alberta (FAVA) in presenting Youth Day at this year’s Global Visions Film Festival.

Future Visions is a long-standing program at FAVA facilitated by Tim Folkmann with Edmonton’s inner city youth.  Over a period of three weeks youth take part in a Video Production Intensive with various artist-mentors and learn the skills to create their own short, personal videos that are fearless and insightful.  Now in its eighth successful year, Future Visions is a unique opportunity to support the development of the individual voices of these students through the media arts.
